7. Does your per minute rate have double-legged billing? Will I be billed for inbound and outbound phone calls? 

Our Answer: No you will not. Double-legged billing is a charge for an outbound phone call made by the carrier to bridge the caller waiting on hold with the subscriber. This usually applies to unified messaging services where the caller first hears an initial greeting or menu with options then makes a selection to speak with the subscriber. 8. Do I have to change my current long distance carrier?

Our Answer: No. You will still have your current long distance carrier and local phone service provider. Our service will not in any way interfere with any of your existing services.

9. Are there any credit checks required?

Our Answer: No. We will not ask you for your social security number, ask for you to prepay, make deposits, or place a credit limit on your account.

10. After placing my order, how quickly can I start using my service? 

Our Answer: If you are issued a random number or if you choose a number from our existing inventory your service is activated and ready for use within 5 minutes. 11. If I decide to port my existing number over to your carrier or acquire a vanity number how long will it take to have my number activated?

Our Answer: After signing and submitting your resporg form the process only takes about 3-7 days to port an existing number to us. For vanity numbers it will also take up to 3-7 days. There is a one $26.95 fee for these services.

12. What payment options do I have to set up an account?  

Our Answer: Credit or debit card is the easiest and fastest way set up an account. We provide easy secure online sign up to get your account up and running instantly. 13. How am I billed each month for service? 

Our Answer: For credit or debit card customers payment is automatically billed conveniently to your credit or debit card. For mail in customers, you will be emailed an invoice monthly. There is an additional $3.00 per month processing fee for customers who mail in their payment.
